Session & Membership Options
My work is offered through monthly memberships to support consistency, ease, and meaningful, lasting change. Each option includes personalized, one-on-one sessions and ongoing support between visits.
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment, with the option to continue for 6 months for deeper continuity.
Trial / Intro Option
$185 session
Single Session Trial – $185/session
New clients can try up to four sessions at $185 each. After that, clients are encouraged to transition to a membership to maintain consistency and fully experience the benefits of ongoing support.
Bring a friend :Bring-a-Friend sessions create space for both individual support and shared experience, making it a meaningful way to connect while engaging in the work together. Priced @ $275/ session
Maintenance Membership
2 sessions/month | $370/month
Ideal for steady upkeep and light support between visits.

- Light check-ins between sessions as needed

Consistency Membership
1 session/week | $700 /month
For ongoing support and noticeable progress.

Regulation & Life Skills Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions are designed to help you navigate current stress, strengthen communication, and build everyday nervous system skills you can use in real life. This work is supportive and educational, focused on awareness and action rather than treatment. The 30 or 45 minute sessions focused on stress, communication, and daily nervous system tools.
These sessions are not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical care, and clients needing clinical support should seek a licensed mental health provider.

Emotional Intelligence Training Lab
The Emotional Intelligence Training Lab helps middle and high school students access and strengthen their emotional intelligence through movement, breath, and practical tools. Students build focus, emotional regulation, confidence, and self-awareness while learning to work with their bodies and minds in ways that are hands-on, approachable, and relevant to everyday school life.
The program can also support academic engagement and credit alignment, with structured participation, reflection, and skill-building components that schools may apply toward Health, Physical Education, SEL, or wellness-based elective or credit recovery pathways, depending on school policy.
