My path into this work was shaped by lived experience, curiosity, and a few necessary pivots rather than a straight career line.
Through my own experiences with stress, anxiety, and feeling disconnected from my body, I began exploring movement-based practices alongside my personal wellness journey. Over time, stretching, mindful movement, and breathing practices had a meaningful impact on how I felt day to day, helping me feel more grounded, mobile, and balanced. That experience is what led me to this work.
StretchWithStaci is an overall wellness practice that blends stretch, movement, breathwork, and therapeutic-informed practices to support physical ease, stress management, and mind-body awareness.
